Home Remedies to Increase Hair Volume

Are you worried sick looking at all the loose strands of hair in your comb every day? Don’t worry. It’s OK to lose up to 100 strands of your hair every day, but excessive hair loss is a problem. After all, your lustrous locks need as much care as your face. And honestly, who doesn’t like voluminous hair? At least on the head.

  1. Magical Aloe Vera that literally works everywhere, for everything.  As you must know, aloe vera is a natural remedy that works well for both skin and hair. If used properly and consistently, it can bring down hair fall. That’s because it provides the moisture and essential nutrients the scalp needs. Simply apply aloe vera directly to the scalp and let it sit for an hour or so. Rinse it off by washing your hair with a mild shampoo. Consistent use will do the trick.

2. Grandma’s Amla, reminds you of the good old times, doesn’t it? Amla has always been the ultimate herbal remedy for countless hair problems. From hair growth to preventing the onset of grey hair, believe it or not, it does it all. It’s pretty simple too, simply include one amla in your daily diet. If you can, have it on an empty stomach and the results might just shock you. But in a good way.

3. Massaging your scalp not only improves blood circulation but also makes your roots healthier. Make sure to always massage in a circular motion. Circular strokes calm the skin. You can also use warm oil for the massage as it penetrates the scalp easily and more efficiently. Both coconut and jojoba oil are incredible for the hair. After the massage, you can even wrap your hair in a warm towel for a few minutes to provide extra conditioning to your hair.

4. As you all must already know, a healthy and balanced diet is very important for naturally healthy hair. For that, you need to de-stress, meditate and include necessary vitamins and minerals in your diet. They will promote hair growth by strengthening your hair follicles. Also, drink at least 8 glasses or 3.5 litres of water every day to keep your body and hair hydrated.

Alright, folks. That’s it from us. We hope this helps.
